Middle-LO !!!!! I know you want to cook quick, but no! Make sure that all bubbles pop before shooting, or you have a mess!

Medium-low, so this way you can change the limits.

You want to ensure that in the middle of the top and do not forget the non-stick spray, or is a mess.

I use about 4 1 / 2 ... But the pot sit for a while to get really good and hot ... Film, a little water in the pan of fingers ... if the water "dance" and disappears, you are ready to go.

Your problem may be "complete" mix, I have trouble with them.
